Job summary

Pinch Med Spa seeks an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Colorado for a 1099 contractor role to deliver aesthetic treatments in clients' homes. You will receive rigorous training, coverage of overhead costs, malpractice insurance, and marketing support to grow your practice with flexibility.

You set your schedule and carve out 4–24 hours per week, with access to national brand backing and ongoing clinical resources. Training dates in Colorado are provided before you start.

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Colorado is required.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification is required.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility.
• Bonus: prior aesthetics experience or existing patient network is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox and chemical peels.
• Complete required in-person and virtual trainings for injectables and skincare.
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing and your personal network.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage supplies.
• Follow Pinch protocols and collaborate with the team for support.

Pinch is a Concierge Med Spa and we are looking forAdvanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Colorado for a1099 contractor rolewho are ready to grow in aesthetics and deliver treatments like tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials in the comfort of clients’ homes

We cover everything from malpractice insurance and marketing to technology and ongoing support so you can focus on making clients look and feel their best. Pinch pays top-of-market rates for treatments and covers all overhead costs, allowing you to devote your time and energy to your clients

What You Will Do

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
• Manage products and supplies responsibly
• Keep accurate and timely client records
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business

What We Are Looking For

• Required: Active APRN license in Colorado
• Required: Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest ingrowing your practice with flexibility
• Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more
