Pinch Med Spa in Minnesota seeks an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join as a 1099 contractor delivering tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients' homes. You will receive comprehensive virtual and live training, with support for marketing, malpractice coverage, and overhead costs. Grow your aesthetics practice with flexibility and a national brand.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota APRN license is required.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification is required.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing a practice with flexibility.
• Passion for aesthetics and helping clients look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
• Take part in injectable training and ongoing education.
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing and personal networks.
• Offer flexible appointment availability (4–24 hours per week).
• Manage products and supplies responsibly and maintain client records.
• Follow Pinch protocols and collaborate with the team.

We cover everything from malpractice insurance and marketing to technology and ongoing support so you can focus on making clients look and feel their best. Pinch pays top-of-market rates for treatments and covers all overhead costs, allowing you to devote your time and energy to your clients

What You Will Do

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
• Manage products and supplies responsibly
• Keep accurate and timely client records
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business

What We Are Looking For

• Required: Active APRN license in Minnesota
• Required: Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
