A modern Med Spa provider is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Minnesota for a 1099 contractor role. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe aesthetic treatments including tox, microneedling, and peels.
• Complete required neurotoxin injectables training.
• Manage products and supplies responsibly.
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team.
• Manage scheduling (4–24 hours per week) and client records.
• Maintain supplies and follow established protocols.

Pinch is looking for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Minnesota for a 1099 contractor role who are ready to grow in aesthetics and deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at‑home facials in the comfort of clients' homes.

You will have the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and grow your practice with flexibility with the support of a nationally recognized brand.

We cover everything from malpractice insurance and marketing to technology and ongoing support so you can focus on making clients look and feel their best. Pinch pays top‑of‑market rates for treatments and covers all overhead costs, allowing you to devote your time and energy to your clients.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver safe, high‑quality aesthetic treatments including tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at‑home facials
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at‑home facial techniques
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
• Manage products and supplies responsibly
• Keep accurate and timely client records
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

• Required: Active APRN license in Minnesota
• Required: Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility
• Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more
