Pinch is expanding its concierge aesthetics practice in Minnesota by inviting experienced APRNs to provide injectable treatments and in‑home services. You’ll operate with autonomy within Pinch protocols, serving high‑quality clients on a flexible schedule.

This 1099 role emphasizes top‑tier compensation, clinical standards, and community support while you grow your patient book and leverage Pinch marketing to expand services.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota APRN license (full practice authority preferred).
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin) and comfort treating independently.
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge).
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high‑quality concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, skincare and at‑home facials.
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Manage supplies responsibly and follow Pinch protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and clinical/support teams.

Requirements

Who we\'re looking for:

• Active Minnesota APRN license (full practice authority preferred)


• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently


• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)


• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Preferred:

• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking


• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations


• Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)
