Job summary

Pinch Med Spa in Minnesota seeks an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector to join as a concierge provider on a part-time, 1099 basis. Earn above-market pay with flexible scheduling and autonomy to manage your patient experience within Pinch clinical protocols.

You'll inject neurotoxins, perform microneedling and peels, and deliver skincare experiences to clients at home, sourced through Pinch marketing and your network.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota APRN license (full practice authority preferred).
• Injectables experience with neurotoxin injections; ability to practice independently.
• Prior aesthetics clinical experience (med spa, derm, concierge).
• Strong patient communication and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare.
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Manage supplies responsibly and follow Pinch protocols.
• Collaborate with Pinch Providers and clinical/support teams.
• Grow client book using Pinch platform and outreach.

What you'll do:

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including:


• Neurotoxin injections (tox)


• Microneedling


• Chemical peels


• Skincare + at-home facial experiences


• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network.


• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.


• Manage supplies responsibly.


• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards.


• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team.


• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book.

Requirements Who we're looking for:

• Required: Active Minnesota APRN license (full practice authority preferred).


• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently.


• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.).


• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety.


• Preferred: Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking.


• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations.


• Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you).
