Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC seeks a Territory Sales Manager in the Milwaukee area to drive growth for a leading medical-grade skincare line. You will promote products to dermatology and plastic surgery practices, manage existing accounts, and lead new business development.

The role emphasizes lead generation, strategic territory planning, and building solid relationships with key decision-makers. A strong track record in aesthetics and product launches is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in B2B medical device sales in an office setting.
• Experience with buy/bill processes.
• Experience in injectables/biologics, aesthetics, dermatology and/or plastic surgery industries.
• Proven success with meeting/exceeding sales quotas and with product launches.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
• Manage and grow an assigned territory; drive sales and efficiencies.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Stay informed about market trends and report findings to management.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through lead generation and outreach.
• Document all communications and maintain an organized database.
• Attend meetings as required.
