Job summary

Utah Trim & Wellness Clinic in Midvale, UT is seeking an In-Clinic Sales Consultant to lead our lipo injection program. You will present the program, handle objections, and close deals during in-person consultations with pre-booked appointments.

You’ll work with nurses and NP teammates, receive full training, and benefit from 10% commission plus performance bonuses. Expect a busy schedule with 5–8 pre-booked consultations daily and a six-figure earning potential when targets are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven closing track record.
• Experience in med spa, aesthetics, medical, wellness, or high-ticket consumer sales is a strong plus (not required).
• Comfort with discussing price and money terms; excellent in-person presence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person consultations and presentations using company script.
• Close new clients on lipo injection packages and upsell related services.
• Address price, fear, and trust objections with empathy and confidence.
• Maintain accurate notes for every consult and follow up with undecided clients.
