Utah Trim & Wellness Clinic is seeking a confident closer for our aesthetic programs in Midvale, UT. You will lead in-person consultations, present our lipo injection program, and guide clients toward commitment, with a calendar filled by our booking partner.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in sales, experience with high-ticket offerings, and strong objection-handling skills. This on-site role includes through training, a steady flow of pre-booked appointments, and generous commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience (preferably face-to-face or consultative).
• Med spa/aesthetics or high-ticket consumer sales experience is a strong plus.
• Comfort with objections and discussing money.
• Polished, friendly in-person presence that makes clients feel safe.
• Coachable, self-motivated and competitive; loves hitting targets.
• Availability for some Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Run in-person consultations and presentations using the script and process.
• Close new clients on lipo injection packages and upsell complementary services.
• Handle price, fear and trust objections with empathy and confidence.

In-Clinic Sales Consultant - Aesthetic & Body Sculpting (Closer)

Location: Midvale, UT (Salt Lake City area) - On-site - 30-40 hrs/week

Pay: $20-$25/hr + 10% commission + performance bonuses - Six-figure earning potential ($90K-$110K+ at target)

Utah Trim & Wellness Clinic is a 5-star-rated, owner-run medical weight loss and body sculpting clinic in Midvale, Utah. We help clients look and feel their best with medical weight loss programs, body contouring and wellness treatments.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a confident, warm and driven closer to be the lead consultant for our lipo injection program. You won't chase leads. Our booking partner fills your calendar with 5-8 pre-booked, in-person consultations a day. Your job is to build trust fast, present the program, handle objections and help clients commit to their results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run in-person consultations and presentations using our proven script and process
• Close new clients on our lipo injection packages and recommend complementary services (upsells)
• Handle price, fear and trust objections with empathy and confidence
• Follow up with consulted clients who haven't decided yet, and keep accurate notes on every consult
• Partner with our nurses and NP so every client has a great experience
• Take part in regular sales training and role-plays (several times a week at the start)

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• 30 days: you know the script inside out and your close rate is approaching 50%
• 90 days: you're consistently closing ~50% and generating $50,000+ in monthly sales

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of closing, ideally face-to-face or consultative sales
• Med spa, aesthetics, medical, wellness or other high-ticket consumer sales experience is a strong plus (not required)
• Real comfort with objections and talking about money
• A polished, friendly in-person presence that makes people feel safe and understood
• Coachable, self-motivated and competitive, with a love of hitting targets
• Available for some Saturdays

COMPENSATION & PERKS

• $20-$25/hour depending on experience
• 10% commission on your sales, uncapped
