SEV Laser, a leading medical aesthetics brand with more than 75 locations nationwide, seeks a Front Desk Sales Associate in Fresno to drive client experiences and sales from arrival to departure.

You will promote services, memberships, and products, build relationships, handle scheduling and payments, and contribute to a fast-paced clinic's success.

The role requires a sales mindset, strong communication, reliability, and weekend availability, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles.
• Ability to meet individual sales goals and contribute to clinic performance.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic’s overall performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.
• Warmly welcome clients and manage check-in, check-out, and payments with accuracy.
