SEV Laser is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to warmly greet clients, manage check-ins and payments, and promote treatments and memberships. You will provide accurate treatment information and maintain a welcoming reception area while supporting sales goals and team collaboration.

The role requires strong communication, reliable attendance, and comfort with a fast-paced beauty environment.Weekend availability and proficiency with scheduling software are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Zenoti scheduling software is preferred.
• A positive attitude and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
• Comfortable using computer systems and booking platforms.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Client Experience & Front Desk Operations
• Warmly greet every client entering and exiting the clinic
• Manage check-in, check-out, and payment processes
• Provide accurate information about treatments, packages, retail, and promotions
• Address client questions professionally and courteously
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold SEV service standards
• Actively promote services, memberships, and retail products
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or upgrades
• Support clinic sales goals through product knowledge and engagement
• Maintain up-to-date familiarity with pricing and promotions
• Accurately book, modify, and cancel appointments
• Answer phone calls with elevated phone etiquette
• Respond to emails and voicemails promptly
• Utilize booking and client-management systems efficiently
• Support scheduling flow and operational updates
• Open and close clinic per SOPs
• Maintain a clean, stocked front desk and lobby
• Assist with transitioning cleaning of treatment rooms as needed
• Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies run low
• Participate in required service and sales training
• Model SEV service standards and professionalism
• Support onboarding of new team members
• Contribute positively to team culture
