Korman Plastic Surgery & Wunderbar MedSpa is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to deliver a concierge-level patient experience and manage day-to-day reception tasks at our Mountain View site. The role supports scheduling, check-in/out, and patient inquiries within a fast-paced, luxury aesthetic practice.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer-facing roles, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills, with a genuine interest in aesthetics and wellness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role; healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with phone systems and appointment scheduling.
• Warm, outgoing, and professional communication style.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in plastic surgery, aesthetics, skincare, health, or wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, concierge-level experience for every patient.
• Welcome and check in patients; ensure smooth check-in and check-out.
• Manage incoming calls, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with providers and clinical teams to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient information and uphold confidentiality.
