Evolus seeks an experienced Professional Education Manager to join our Professional Education Marketing Team reporting to the Executive Director, Professional Education. You will develop and execute education strategies that build healthcare provider knowledge across the Evolus portfolio, design curriculum, manage educational programs, engage faculty, and measure program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of professional or medical education experience.
• Experience in aesthetics or medical device.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute professional education programs.
• Manage hands-on trainings, workshops, speaker programs, and advisory boards.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, Sales Training and cross-functional teams.
• Develop educational curriculum and digital learning content.
• Manage faculty, vendors, budgets, and logistics.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using metrics and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Support product portfolio with professional education strategies + launch execution.
• Up to 50% travel.
