Job summary

Galderma is seeking a senior leader to oversee the GAIN Business educational platform, focusing on the business of aesthetics and practice economics. The role partners with Education, Marketing, Accounts, and Sales to design and deliver innovative learning solutions and tools for healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in aesthetic marketing or sales, strong KOL networks, and proven ability to manage budgets and cross-functional programs in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience in aesthetic sales, marketing and/or pharmaceutical/medical device marketing or sales.
• Strong network of aesthetic key opinion leaders.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and external partners.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Solid knowledge of the aesthetic injectable landscape.
• Receptivity to feedback, humility and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual GAIN Business strategic and operational plan.
• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of practice economics and business-focused educational initiatives.
• Conduct annual needs assessments to identify customer business challenges, educational gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for GAIN Business initiatives.
• Collaborate with consultants and partners to bring expertise and offerings to customers.
• Lead development and expansion of GAIN Business online education offerings.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on business education and practice economics.
• Manage the GAIN Business faculty network and onboarding.
