Job summary

L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty is seeking an Aesthetic Business Manager in the Denver area to promote and grow the skinbetter science brand across medical practices. You will drive sales, build new physician relationships, and expand existing accounts while maintaining high service levels.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in aesthetics or B2B sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Promote and sell products to physician offices within a defined geography or territory.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain a high level of customer service with every account.
• Deliver multi-product presentations to customers and identify/increase business opportunities within the territory.
• Learn and maintain extensive knowledge of clinical studies, product info, promotional material, and technical literature.
• Achieve and/or exceed sales objectives and goals.
• Increase sales volume month over month/year over year.
• Develop long-term business relationships with all customers.
• Independently plan a territory routing schedule.
• Organize and deliver product samples and literature to physician offices.
• Manage territory and personal administrative tasks (expense reports, account info, orders, reports, budgets).
• Submit expenses accurately and bi-weekly.
