L’Oréal is seeking an Aesthetic Business Manager for Houston South. You will promote skinbetter science products to physician offices, build new business, and support existing customers within the territory.

The role requires 2+ years in aesthetics or related sales, strong communication, and willingness to travel regionally. Competitive benefits, flexible options, and product perks accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree.
• 2 years of aesthetics, pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience.
• Exceptional communication skills required.
• Experience with Google’s G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office products.
• Documented track record of successful sales and Presidents club winners preferred.
• High degree of self-motivation.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Competitive spirit.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to physician offices within a defined geography or territory.
• Develop and maintain a high level of customer service with every account.
• Deliver multi-product presentations to customers and identify/increase business opportunities within the territory.
• Learn and maintain extensive knowledge of clinical studies, product information and literature.
• Plan territory routing and independently manage administrative tasks and expenses.
• Submit expenses accurately on a bi-weekly basis.
• Establish partnerships with other Aesthetic Business Managers.
• Record pertinent call activity and customer records.
