Alpha Aesthetics Partners is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at our aesthetics clinic in California. You will ensure a smooth patient experience, lead staff, and align operations with regulatory standards while supporting the clinical team.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on management of scheduling, budgeting, and procurement to drive growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in aesthetics.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of clinic management software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role within a clinical or aesthetics setting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient experience.
• Manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
• Implement and maintain clinic policies, procedures, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by developing marketing strategies and ensuring achievement of targets.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally and effectively.
