Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical aesthetics clinic and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate appointments, patient flow, treatment schedules and clinic operations.
• Ensure SOPs, service standards and procedures are consistently followed.
• Monitor clinic performance and identify operational improvements.
• Lead and supervise the clinic team; manage rosters and manpower allocation.
• Handle staff onboarding, training and performance guidance.
• Manage escalated customer enquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction; identify recurring issues for process improvements.
• Monitor revenue and sales performance; drive targets with the team.
• Calculate and record monthly staff commissions; maintain incentive data and performance reports.
