Job summary

SkinSpirit in Los Gatos is seeking a Client Care Administrator to support daily medical spa operations. You will handle telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, registrations, and transactions, while delivering friendly, high-quality guest care.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year customer or sales experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Shifts include weekday, weekend and evening hours, with comprehensive benefits offered for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; AA degree preferred.
• 1+ years of customer or sales experience required; aesthetic setting preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with initiative and strong work ethic.
• Experience with Zenoti or other POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client care and customer service.
• Answer and screen high volume inbound phone calls.
• Manage appointments (scheduling, moving and canceling).
• Register clients and process transactions.
• Promote clinic services, products, and promotions.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle guest information securely.
• Support opening/closing duties and basic administrative tasks.
