Revision Skincare® is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue in the physician and medical aesthetics market. You will prospect, build relationships with doctors and practices, and own the full sales cycle in the Austin, Texas area.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 3+ years in quota-driven sales, and travel up to 60%. The role offers a base salary plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Demonstrated consultative and value-based selling techniques.
• Travel up to 60% within territory and for national meetings.
• Must reside in or around Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through strategic planning and execution.
• Develop new business by qualifying and converting prospective accounts.
• Build relationships with physicians, practice managers, and key decision-makers.
• Lead annual business planning for practitioner engagement and patient demand.
• Deliver consultative sales presentations using clinical data and brand strategies.
