Are you a skilled sales professional with a talent for turning prospects into clients?

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the medical aesthetic industry?

Diamond Accelerator, a national consulting and marketing agency dedicated exclusively to medical aesthetic practices, is seeking a Sales Superstar to join our remote team and help us serve more practices and close more deals!

As a Business Development Consultant, you will work remotely to drive growth and revenue. Your key responsibilities include converting qualified prospects into clients from our inbound sources.

Manage your CRM and database, maintaining a pipeline of potential customers.

Handle inbound appointments booked on your calendar.

Conduct 45-60 minute meetings with prospects, showcasing our services and converting interest into action.

Ensure all contracts are signed, payments collected, and clients smoothly enrolled into our programs.

Collaborate with management to ensure lead quality and uphold high standards on calls.

Follow up with prospects and actively seek new opportunities during downtime.

Stay self-motivated and goal-oriented, consistently exceeding targets and delivering results.

Requirements include a minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, specifically in the medical aesthetic industry (additional sales experience is a plus).

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Strong time-management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

A flexible team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys challenges.

Compensation & Benefits: $100,000 - $200,000+ (depending on experience).
