About the Role

Please only apply if you have Business-to-Business Sales or Convenience Store Buying Experience. You will be preferred if you have experience in the tobacco, beverage, or alcohol consumer package goods industry.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Visit existing clients, strengthen relationships, and ensure continued success for our brands.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities, introduce our latest products, and work closely with retailers to expand their offerings.
  • Sales Strategy: Drive sales by improving brand visibility and performance with clients, focusing on solutions that enhance sell-through and customer satisfaction.
  • Trade Shows: Build awareness and lead generation at national Convenience Store Industry events.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term, trusting partnerships with retailers, ensuring Streamline Group is their go-to for all alternative ingredient and vape needs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Consumer Package Goods industry. Preferably, sales to convenience stores. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with a focus on in-person client visits. Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management. A network of contacts within the vape/alternative ingredient space is preferred but not required.

Required Skills

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the vape, alternative ingredient, or related CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry is a strong plus.
  • Sales Acumen: A proven track record of success in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets. You'll need to be persuasive, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships.
  • Self-motivation: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a dynamic schedule with travel for 3 out of 4 weeks in your territory.
  • Problem-Solving: A solutions-driven mindset to overcome challenges and drive sales growth for our key brands.

Pay range and compensation package

Competitive Compensation: $80,000-125,000/year (base + commission) Travel: 3 weeks of travel out of 4 within your designated region Full Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and more Vacation: 1 week paid vacation + holiday paid time off Company Culture: Be part of a strong, supportive team that values innovation, growth, and collaboration
