We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to lead the growth of our BullFrog Data Networks business. The ideal candidate is a skilled hunter with a successful track record of selling software solutions to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base, forging strategic relationships, and bringing our groundbreaking technology to organizations shaping the future of healthcare.

BullFrog AI is a technology-enabled drug discovery company using AI to help advance the next generation of lifesaving medicine. Positioned at the intersection of computational biology and artificial intelligence, we harness cutting-edge causal AI and machine learning to identify novel drug targets that drive disease. Our mission is to accelerate the discovery and development of effective therapies by unlocking new biological insights through data.

About BullFrog Data Networks

BullFrog AI, BullFrog Data Networks integrates publicly available, proprietary, and custom data sources to deliver actionable insights across the drug development lifecycle. Our Data Networks support a wide range of R&D initiatives, including target identification and validation, understanding the mechanism of action, clinical trial optimization, and drug repurposing. These customizable platforms are applicable across therapeutic areas and are actively used in our internal pipeline, with a current focus on oncology and CNS indications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech decision-makers.
  • Present the capabilities and use cases of BullFrog Data Networks to cross-functional stakeholders, including R&D, Executive, and Data Science teams.
  • Collaborate internally with science, technical, and product teams to align customer needs with our evolving platform.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide strategic market insights to support product positioning and business strategy.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 15 years of sales experience with a proven track record, to include 5+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, specifically selling to pharmaceutical companies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a hunter role.
  • Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle and the value of data-driven decision-making in pharma R&D.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of self-motivation and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced degree in life sciences, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred

  • Experience selling AI, analytics, or data science platforms into life sciences.
  • Existing relationships within pharma/biotech, particularly in translational science or clinical development functions.
