Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a leader to manage a design team within the AESA Subsystems & Product Leadership Hardware department. You will supervise 10–15 engineers, oversee design activities, and coordinate with program management to align with business goals while supporting new pursuits.

The role requires current active government Secret Clearance and SAP access, with travel up to 10% and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• - Significant RF subsystems experience.
• - Minimum 7 years engineering experience including IPT Lead or technical lead responsibilities.
• - Able to work well in a team and adapt quickly to change.
• - Demonstrated technical and people leadership of diverse teams.
• - Ability to manage time and follow through on commitments.
• - Must have current active government Secret Clearance and be SAP-cleared if needed.
