Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking candidates for on-site roles in the Seattle area to support launch vehicle and propulsion system assembly within the Blue Origin Operations group. Successful applicants will contribute to safe, reliable manufacturing and integration processes at our Washington facilities.

Roles require experience with mechanical fabrication, close-tolerance drilling, and the ability to work from technical specifications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5+ years' experience in aerospace or related fields.
  • Ability to communicate differing opinions in a collaborative environment without conflict.
  • Ability to use standard mechanical tools and fabrication shop equipment.
  • Demonstrated capability to drill and prepare close-tolerance holes for fastener installation.
  • A&P license or equivalent experience in launch vehicle or propulsion system assembly and integration.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
