Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5+ years' experience in aerospace or related fields.
  • Ability to communicate differing opinions in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to use standard mechanical tools and fabrication shop equipment.
  • Demonstrated capability to drill and prepare close-tolerance holes for fastener installation.
  • A&P license or equivalent experience in launch vehicle or propulsion system assembly and integration.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Support launch vehicle or propulsion system assembly and integration.
  • Operate heavy lifting equipment around flight-critical hardware.
  • Read and interpret GD&T per ASME Y14.5M-1994 standard.
