Bevilacqua Research Corporation (BRC) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Small Business based in Huntsville, Alabama, incorporated in 1992. BRC provides "best-value" technical and management solutions to a diverse government and commercial customer base in key areas: test & evaluation, systems analysis & integration, security & intelligence, and R&D. This position supports the NASA EM32 Welding & Manufacturing team under the Engineering Services and Science Capability Augmentation (ESSCA) contract at NASA MSFC, within the Space Exploration Group (JSEG). |

Responsibilities: | |

Minimum Requirements: | |
BSc in Welding Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited university. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and safety certifications, including Welding Safety. Experience with large-scale aerospace friction stir welding, Gas Tungsten Arc Welding on aerospace materials (e.g., aluminum alloys 2219 and 2195), stainless steel, superalloys, titanium. Familiarity with standards such as ANSI/AWS D17.1/D17.1M:2017-AMD2 and D17.3/D17.3M:2021. |

Desired Experience: | |
Experience with NASA standards (e.g., NASA-STD-6016, NASA-STD-5006), MSFC specifications, and working with aerospace hardware welding processes is preferred. |
