Qualifications

• Experience developing weld repair strategies and procedures.

• Familiarity with environmental regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop weld repair plans to minimize heat input, cracking, and distortion.
• Collaborate with weld technicians and engineers to design improved weld procedures.
• Produce work instructions and setup guides for complex weld repairs.
• Analyze repair results, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety, OEM requirements, and quality standards.
