Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a small, high-performing warehouse team supporting the distribution of aerospace parts and components in Bethpage, NY. You will oversee receiving, inventory control, material handling, order fulfillment, packaging, and domestic/international shipping.

The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of inventory accuracy, traceability, documentation, and quality requirements, with experience using SAP WM, UPS WorldShip, and FedEx

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, electrical or machining industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory accuracy and traceability.
• Experience with SAP WM, UPS WorldShip, and FedEx shipping systems required.

Responsibilities

• Direct inbound and outbound logistics per company instructions.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive improvements with Warehouse Engineering.
• Manage import/export activities and ensure budget compliance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
