Job summary

Archer Aviation, based in San Jose, California, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to manage daily warehousing activities, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and coach a team of material handlers. You will ensure accurate SAP MM and EWM transactions and maintain standard work procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in regulated manufacturing or aerospace/automotive sectors.
• 2+ years warehousing transactions in ERP/WMS (SAP MM/EWM preferred).
• Ability to write clear SOPs and process workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehousing activities for assigned site and shift.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff; coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor.
• Execute SAP-based ERP/WMS transactions (goods receipt, stock transfers, cycle counts).
• Maintain standard work instructions and procedures; ensure version control.
