Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BS degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business preferred.
• Experience with SAP MM/EWM/WM in a manufacturing/logistics setting.
• Proven ability to document and maintain standard work instructions and SOPs.
• Experience managing domestic and international transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehousing activities including inbound, receiving, inventory, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff; provide performance input to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Execute SAP-based ERP/WMS transactions and audit inventory accuracy.
• Create and maintain standard work instructions and process workflows.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and drive root-cause resolution.
• Manage receiving/shipping areas, comply with safety and aerospace requirements.
• Contribute to logistics improvements and track key performance metrics.
• Support ERP/WMS enhancements and participate in testing and rollout.
