Job summary

Archer in Silicon Valley seeks an experienced Warehouse Lead to coordinate daily warehousing activities across a site and shift. You will supervise material handlers, train new staff, and drive SAP MM/EWM transactions with strict inventory accuracy and safety rules for aerospace operations.

You will write and maintain standard work, investigate discrepancies, and help optimize our ERP/WMS network while supporting international shipping and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing, incl. 1 year leading staff.
• 2+ years handling warehousing transactions in an ERP/WMS; SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to write clear standard work instructions and SOPs.
• 2 years domestic and international transportation management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to lead others.
• Professional communication; high attention to detail.
• Comfort with ERP/WMS, MS Office (Excel), RF devices; SAP experience a plus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment; team player.
• Must lift 25 lb and distinguish colors; willing to work 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehousing activities for an assigned site and shift.
• Assign, prioritize, and train workers; provide staffing input to supervisor.
• Execute and audit warehousing transactions in SAP MM/EWM; ensure accuracy.
• Author and maintain standard work instructions and workflows.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies with Warehouse Supervisor and teams.
• Manage receiving and shipping areas per work instructions and aerospace safety rules.
• Contribute to short- and mid-term logistics goals; drive process improvements.
• Track site/shift metrics for on-time/quality receipts and shipping.
• Support ERP/WMS enhancements and user acceptance testing.
