Job summary

Henkel in California is seeking a Materials Manager to lead a high‑performing warehouse team supporting 24/7 Aerospace manufacturing operations. You will leverage SAP-based warehouse management to advance a future-ready, partially autonomous warehouse and ensure smooth inbound/outbound material flow.

The role requires 5–8 years of warehouse leadership in manufacturing, a Bachelor's in Business or related field, and experience in audit-intensive environments.

Qualifications

• Expert experience with Warehouse management modules of SAP.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive warehouse leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Audit-intensive environment experience preferred (Aerospace/Automotive/Pharma).
• Experience in a multi-national matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Create, build and oversee a high performing warehouse team.
• Leverage SAP-based systems to drive operations and develop an autonomous warehouse.
• Manage inbound deliveries, returns, repacks, inventory, and promotional pack-outs.
• Ensure material flow with planning, inventory accuracy, and cycle counts.
• Lead SHEQ, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes, efficiency, and cost.
• Manage budgets including labor, overtime, maintenance, and supplies.
