Job summary

BARNES AEROSPACE West Chester Division is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage inventory, material flow, and shipping/receiving for OEM and MRO operations. You will oversee cycle counts, equipment storage, and ensure timely material availability to support the Master Production Schedule.

The role requires 2+ years in aerospace manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP systems (Syteline) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an aerospace production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Prioritize workload and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to problem solve using data and instructions.
• Able to interpret travelers and work instructions.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems.
• Collaborate across departments and lead teams in shipping, receiving, and stockroom.
• Operate lift trucks or hand trucks as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of inventory and inventory movement.
• Oversee material and inventory transactions, cycle counts, and receiving to complete POs in ERP.
• Daily management of inventory transactions, material stores, and shipping/receiving.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
• Meet production requirements per Master Production Schedule.
• Organize and track consumable tools and equipment.
• Maintain inventory storage areas and cycle count accuracy.
• Lead annual stores and WIP physical inventory counts.
• Collaborate with Planners to issue materials for production.
• Coordinate with Raw Material Buyers/Planners/Engineers and Quality on RTV material.
• Monitor ERP (Syteline) messages for release, due, and promise dates.
• Assist in purchasing materials and outside processing to meet production needs.
• Support financial and quality audits as required.
• Wear PPE as required and comply with safety rules.
• Lead Shipping, Receiving and Stockroom operations for OEM and MRO.
• Train employees and daily superintendents.
