Job summary

Ontic in Creedmoor, NC, is seeking a Value Stream Leader to oversee a portfolio of products across multiple licenses within a dedicated value stream. You will report to the Value Stream Director and lead a cross-functional team across operations, customer service, and planning.

The role emphasizes P&L ownership, weekly financial forecasting, and performance KPIs such as OTIF, COPQ, and inventory management. A strong background in aerospace and ERP systems is required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Proven leadership in program and/or product management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with customers to drive business outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal functions.
• Demonstrated integrity with high standards of business ethics and problem-solving.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Epicor).
• Aerospace industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Value Stream across multiple licenses at the Creedmoor site.
• Forecast weekly financials for month, quarter and fiscal year with clear reporting to SMT/SLT.
• Oversee production and operational KPIs for value stream performance.
• Drive commercial performance and revenue growth with CAMs and customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, planning, and sales teams.
