Precision Castparts Corp. seeks an UT Level 2 inspector to operate A-Scan and C-Scan equipment, calibrate instruments, and interpret indications per AMS-STD-2154. You will review orders, develop scan plans, and prepare certificates of conformance with quality documentation.

Ideal candidates have immersion testing experience, ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role includes safety responsibilities and potential equipment handling duties in a manufacturing

Formación

• Must hold UT Level 2 with 1200 hours of documented work experience.
• Experience with Ultrasonic Immersion testing per AMS-STD-2154.
• Able to read blueprints, write reports, and interpret regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Operate A-Scan and C-Scan equipment and calibrate per scan plans.
• Evaluate ultrasonic indications and report with conformance notes.
• Review Work Orders and customer specifications for compliance.
• Develop scan plans and prepare related documentation.

Associate Degree or equivalent

80 hours Formal Training in Ultrasonic Testing
