Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in engineering or equivalent on-the-job training.
• 5 years tool design experience in a manufacturing environment using 2D and 3D modeling software.
• Proficiency with Rapid prototyping, CMM, and hand inspection tools.
• Fluent in English; strong communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design assembly and shop tooling.
• Create 2D drawings and layouts.
• Support shop floor technical inquiries (Drawing and spec interpretations).
• Contribute to design improvements.
• Contribute to cost reduction efforts.
• Support 5S and Safety requirements for department.
• Ensure maintenance on all equipment is completed.
• Other duties as needed.
• Use required PPE for the department.
