TAT Technologies’ Tulsa site is a Center of Excellence for heat transfer manufacturing, MRO, and OEM solutions, supporting global aviation. We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our aerospace MRO operations in Tulsa, OK.

The role focuses on TIG welding aluminum, stainless steel, nickel alloys, and copper, with emphasis on safety, quality, and workmanship. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of TIG welding experience, preferably in aerospace or exotic metals, and is capable of reading

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years TIG welding experience, preferably aerospace or exotic metals.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and weld symbols.
• Willing to pass AWS D17.1 welding qualification testing for MRO certification.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate components for heat exchangers, precoolers, condensers, and oil coolers.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical docs.
• Perform visual inspections for penetrations, porosity, cracks, and defects.
• Maintain welding certifications and complete AWS D17.1 testing.
• Follow FAA, AS9100, and customer quality standards.
