Job summary

AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Thermal Spray Technicians to support advanced aerospace manufacturing and gas turbine component repair programs in Jupiter, Florida. Must be willing to travel/permanently relocate to Jupiter, FL.

We seek skilled manufacturing professionals with thermal spray coatings, industrial robotics, CNC machining, automated production systems, or precision component repair. This long‑term aerospace program offers competitive pay, overtime opportunities, relocation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in thermal spray or related aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience with HVOF, Plasma Spray, APS, or TBC coatings preferred.
• Experience operating or programming industrial robots such as FANUC, ABB, or KUKA is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic thermal spray equipment to apply coatings to aerospace gas turbine components.
• Prepare components for coating through blasting, masking, cleaning, and fixture installation.
• Program, operate, and monitor automated coating systems and robotic manufacturing cells.
• Inspect coating thickness and coverage using precision measuring equipment per engineering specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and coating specifications.
• Complete production, inspection, and quality documentation; report non-conforming conditions.
• Perform routine maintenance on thermal spray equipment and associated tooling.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to meet customer requirements and schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following safety procedures.
