Ideal candidates have 2+ years in thermal spray, experience with HVOF/Plasma Spray, and familiarity with robotics, CNC machining, or automated systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in thermal spray or related manufacturing.
• Experience with HVOF or Plasma Spray preferred.
• Familiar with reading blueprints and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic thermal spray equipment to apply coatings.
• Prepare components for coating (blasting, masking, cleaning).
• Program and monitor automated coating systems and cells.
• Inspect coating thickness and quality per specs.
• Read blueprints and work instructions; document production and quality data.
• Maintain a clean, safe manufacturing environment.
