AAA USA is actively hiring skilled Thermal Spray Technicians to support aerospace manufacturing and gas turbine component repair programs in Jupiter, Florida. The role requires experience with thermal spray coatings, robotics, CNC machining, and automated systems in a clean, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in thermal spray, aerospace manufacturing, CNC machining, industrial robotics, or related environment.
Experience with GTV, Sulzer Metco or similar coating systems preferred.
Experience with HVOF, Plasma Spray, APS or TBC coatings preferred.
Experience with FANUC/ABB/KUKA robotics is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints, instructions, and specifications.
Proficiency with precision measuring tools and MS Office; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate robotic thermal spray equipment to apply coatings to aerospace gas turbine components.
Prepare components for coating: blasting, masking, cleaning, and fixture installation.
Program, operate, and monitor automated coating systems and robotic cells.
Inspect coating thickness and quality per engineering specs.
Read blueprints and work instructions; document production and quality data.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to meet customer requirements.
