AAA USA Inc in Jupiter, FL is actively hiring an experienced Thermal Spray Operator to support aerospace manufacturing and gas turbine component repair programs. You will operate robotic spray systems, prepare parts for coating, and ensure quality per specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in thermal spray or aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience with GTV or Sulzer Metco coating systems preferred.
• Familiarity with robotic systems (FANUC, ABB, KUKA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic thermal spray equipment to apply coatings to aerospace components.
• Prepare parts by blasting, masking, cleaning and fixture installation.
• Program and monitor automated coating systems and robotic cells.
• Inspect coating thickness and coverage per engineering specs.
• Read blueprints and coating specs; document production and quality data.
• Perform routine maintenance on spray equipment and automation.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following procedures.
