Job summary

Crane Aerospace and Electronics is hiring a Test Engineer at our Elyria, OH facility. You will design test equipment, build test procedures, and analyze results to ensure cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Work across engineering, operations, and quality teams to drive product development and sustaining programs. The role requires 1–4 years of experience in engineering with scripting and data acquisition skills, in a regulated aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant work experience.
• BA or BS degree in an engineering discipline; advanced degrees preferred.
• Scripting, programming, and verification knowledge.
• Automated test system design and data acquisition programming.

Responsibilities

• Design test equipment and test procedures for aerospace products.
• Analyze product performance to meet cost, quality, and reliability targets.
• Coordinate with IPT, operations, quality and engineering teams.
• Develop and document testing reports and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
