Job summary

The Eaton Euclid, OH facility seeks a Quality Manager to lead aerospace quality strategy across production and new product development. You will ensure standards compliance and manage relationships with customers to exceed expectations in communication and results.

You will maintain aerospace certifications, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with suppliers and partners to strengthen the quality function within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of Quality experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years supervising a technical team.
• U.S. person for export-controlled information per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of the Quality strategy for production and new programs.
• Ensure compliance with Eaton, customer and industry quality requirements via audits.
• Develop and implement a Quality organizational structure to support strategic initiatives and integrate quality into development and production.
• Develop strategies for integrating Quality into the new product development process.
• Analyze key quality metrics and establish action plans to close gaps at production and development levels.
• Improve the capability of the Quality organization and deploy EQS tools across the function.
