Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education.
• Demonstrated competency leading test conduct in ordnance environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to execute test procedures and assembly/test operations.
• Willingness to travel and obtain/maintain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Test Conductor leading test operations per engineering documentation.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical and electro‑mechanical systems and test hardware.
• Interpret technical manuals and schematics for safe execution of procedures.
• Execute system buildup, integration, and functional tests of hardware.
• Obtain and maintain required certifications per product/process specs (ordnance handling, assembly, sealants).
• Adhere to configuration management standards across test hardware and docs.
• Observe Environmental, Safety, and Health procedures for hazardous materials handling.
• Support occasional short‑term travel across CONUS or internationally as required.
