Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is expanding operations at White Sands Missile Range in southern New Mexico. We seek a dedicated Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join the Air & Missile Defense team, providing hands-on technical and operational support for test activities.

The role requires leading test conduct, operating and maintaining complex test systems, and ensuring compliance with manuals, schematics, and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience leading test conduct in ordnance environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel as required by mission objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Test Conductor leading test operations per engineering documentation.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical and electro‑mechanical test systems and GSE.
• Interpret and follow technical manuals, blueprints, electrical schematics, and SOPs.
• Execute assembly, buildup, and functional test procedures for systems and test hardware.
• Obtain and maintain required certifications per product and process specs (e.g., ordnance handling).
• Adhere to project configuration control standards across test hardware and docs.
• Observe and enforce Environmental, Safety, and Health procedures for hazardous materials.
