Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, seeks a Senior Field Technician to support multiple programs for Test Fleet Maintenance. You will install, operate, maintain, repair and modify equipment at customer and field locations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain Secret Clearance (Interim Secret to start)

Responsibilities

• Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment.
• Performs maintenance and technical support on products at customer and/or field locations.
• Analyzes and evaluates product performance.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Installs, upgrades and removes products coordinating with engineering field changes.
• Provides onsite training of customer support personnel.
• Provides technical guidance to resolve maintenance problems.
• Supports STORM customer and other user communities as a Field Technician.
• Maintains/Troubleshoots MLRS launcher (M270, M270A1, HIMARS).
