Lockheed Martin is seeking a Senior Test Technician for the Missiles and Fire Control team. You will lead testing and troubleshooting of complex hardware systems, including missiles and launch support equipment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires technical troubleshooting, willingness to mentor junior staff, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance. A U.S. citizenship and eligibility for access are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Training equivalent to a technical associate degree or demonstrated ability with 1 year of experience.
• Electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Overtime availability on weekends (paid).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing and troubleshooting of complex hardware systems.
