Job summary

The Tatitlek Corporation is seeking a Test Engineer for the CCM program at White Sands Missile Range, NM. This full-time role involves hands-on testing of EO/IR systems, directed energy weapons, and countermeasure technologies, with travel to various US locations.

You will lead test planning, instrument setup, data collection, and analysis, producing reports and briefings. A Bachelor's in Engineering is required, along with DoD environment experience and a DoD clearance or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Experience with test and evaluation, R&D, or government contracting preferred.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, analysis, and evaluation of defense systems and countermeasures.
• Develop test procedures, instrumentation setups, data collection methods, and post-test analysis.
• Operate and troubleshoot lab and field equipment in US test environments.
• Prepare technical reports and briefings documenting findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and military personnel on program goals.
