Job summary
DXC Technology is seeking a Remote US Software Engineer to join our team working on Jet Engine/Rig Testing, Calibration Laboratory, Materials Laboratory, and Structural Data Reduction Environments. You will interface with engineers from multiple disciplines to develop software tools and to install and integrate 3rd party software on client-imaged Windows devices.
Strong problem-solving, testing, and communication skills are required, with expertise in C++, Python, Linux, and Windows
Qualifications
- Experience with C++ and scripting languages, Linux and Windows admin.
- BS Degree and 5+ years experience required.
- Ability to obtain US Government clearance and US citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Develop software tools for Jet Engine/Rig Testing and calibration environments.
- Interface with engineers from multiple disciplines to meet needs.
- Install and integrate 3rd party software on client Windows devices.
- Provide front-line support and drive issue resolution with customers.
