RTX in the United States is seeking an Engineering Intern to support Pratt & Whitney projects. You will participate in tasks spanning preliminary to detailed design, prepare technical reports, and help drive design, development and validation activities for engines used worldwide.

The program emphasizes hands-on experience in aerospace, collaboration across teams, and exposure to mature commercial engines and military programs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and enrolled through the internship session.
• Must have a minimum of 30 hours of credit by the start of the internship session.
• Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day tasks, ensuring timely completion and prioritizing workload.
• Prepare accurate technical reports summarizing engineering data and project performance.
• Support projects from preliminary through detailed design phases.
• Coordinate with others to advance technology and process improvements.
• Align efforts with design, development, validation, production implementation or fleet management of engines.
